The growth spurt that happens onboard an expedition ship is one that I have never experienced before. Sometimes it feels like it’s too intense that I can hardly catch my breath.

The experiences you have are amazing, fast, all encompassing.

I never in my wildest dreams would I have thought I would be doing this right now. Sailing from the top of the world to the bottom of the world.

One thing I told myself was that this year, I was happy to move wherever the wind may take me. Literally and figuratively.
Right now I’m in the Arctic, and pushed out my comfort zone.

Life is flow, life is movement; and to be comfortable, we must be flexible and move with it. A willow tree bends and sways and flows with the wind and is always graceful and at ease with life.

The important thing to remember is that wherever the wind blows to always stay grounded.
